In this case we were able to provide a smooth close for a property owner who inherited his childhood home, which happens to be the really cool duplex pictured above. He was a bit worried that the home may need repairs and was even kind enough to hire a contractor. We let him know that there was no need to spend the extra cash, we were able to close and get him the cash safely and quickly during the height of the pandemic!
With this home we aided a son during his parents home transition. This family home was an awesome duplex that was definitely loved but needed a bit of work. No matter the condition our team is able to source buyers at the best rates for your home. We were able to get this family the money they deserved to start a great life at their new place!
Here the team spoke with the owner, a real estate investor who was looking to cash in on the appreciation in the area. He was a little worried about selling due to repairs that needed to be made to the property and the fact that there was no tenant currently occupying the home. We were able to get the property under contract and though we did not close on this particular property once we shopped the home to our thousands of buyers in the area the owner was able to get a clear picture of the value of their property on the open market.
During this case study we worked with a property owner who initially began a renovation thinking there were less repairs necessary only to find out the property needed to be completely gutted. Talk about a nightmare scenario, our hearts definitely went out to this property owner. Only to add to the strife, payments on the property were late because the work took much longer than expected. Unfortunately we were unable to keep this property from going to auction. This is why it's crucial to speak to one of our home transitions specialist before its too late.
